Resolved: To request my invoice for the total amount of £51.70p with my individual charges.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Solved after numerous attempts to get my invoice that didn’t come with email with label for to return my mattress.

Not resolved until you allowed me to have a password change. It was a nightmare as your CS told me to call Evri for invoice & had to get back to parce2go because they could not help.

I have tried & failed numerous times & also asked Evri for invoice as told by your CS they have it! their AI service had no details! ALL without any success to get my invoice from you who have taken my money for the amount of £51.70. I do not have a password and unable to get a new one on my alleged account. Please make easy for me & send me my invoice with charges asap to my email maggiehowells@***.co.uk, NO receipt received from Parcel2Go as my Proof of purchase! Margaret Howells

Parcel picked up from Swindon on the 8th of January to be delivered to Italy. The parcel still in Uk, they dont want to send it to Italy or back to Swindon, they dont reply emails or the phone

Parcel wasn't collected so had to re book a collection. It was collected on the second time and delivered. I think it was more of an issue with Parcel force who were assigned with the collection.

User's recommendation: I would give them another go as I think it was the fault of parcel force. I was able to communicate via live chat and got answer's and reassurances.

Have a parcel picked up from the 8th of January, due to be delivered in 5 days in Italy and they are holding my parcel

Contents theft

Parcel collected mid November containing musical keyboard and stand for childs Xmas gift. Parcel delivered a few days later but was not opened until Xmas eve.Then it was discovered that the keyboard had been stolen and only the stand was in the box.
