Have been waiting like a stupid for 2 days a service that i have pre-booked but without any notice as not been attempted.

Have paid more than the price actually showed on the courier site, pre booked a non 100% secure collection, but obviously if its not collected they will forget about you..

Been 2 day without work because i have to wait for them to attend the collection, losing over 1000£ of work to do .

Been in contact with customer service only by chat obviously otherwise you cant lose enough time.. customer service practically useless, had to talk with 2 of them because they didnt even know what to do!

Been told i m frustrated..

lost time, money not earned

But i d like them in my position with a child to feed, business to run and bills to pay.. want to know from them if a day or two are important!
