Delivery query

A document was sent to EU country,scheduled for delivery 20/12/2023.As of today-08/01/2024 it has not been delivered .Parcel2Go do not appear to have a customer service telephone number and deal with customers only via email.I have raised an inquiry about my parcel and few days later (04/01/2024) I received an email stating that they had resolved the issue and the case was closed.Quite ridiculous really.I would never use them again.

I had paid £220 for a collectible model toy car for my sons birthday. I actually never received the car and my poor son was totally let down.

I still havent had an explanation as the chat bot is a total disaster and you just go round in circles. Currently my parcel status is misc. I have no idea what this means. Communication is absolutely appalling and you dont get the update emails as promised.

The customer service is non existent. Do not use this company.

Terrible system, no UK customer support, computer 24/7 is a computer not a human, and only very limited ability.. repeating the question which is not relevant to the issue..

totally rubbish.. very frustrating and time consuming with no resovle... no UK daytime helpline to speak to a customer support..

all just copmuterised.. crap!!!provide a human helpline service

The phone no given on line does not exist and the parcel that was sent to 403 Sparrowhawk drive in Willow Park seems to have disappeared.

I ordered a set of gears from England to be sent to Australia, which were quite expensive. The parcel never arrived and since I started making enquiries after a couple of months, the exercise has gone nowhere. The sender in England has also tried to make contact with Parcel2Go, but without success. The Parcel2Go telephone number meets with a recording stating that it is disconnected and when I have put the tracking number into the Parcel2Go system it does not register at all. So far we have been unable to contact anyone at Parcel2Go and, a couple of years on, the set of gears is still missing. It is one thing not to deliver a parcel, but it is a whole other level of dubiousness not to be contactable.
