As you can probably note from my answers to your "survey". I have found the appalling. I sent a parcel on the 19th April and unfortunately it got damaged whilst in transit. I received a message saying "parcel damaged, too far beyond repair". This was from Evri. I don't know where in the country the parcel is, I don't even know the damage as I havn't seen any pictures and yet the customer services team wants to see the damage too the parcel. How can I send the evidence when I havn't even seen it myself. The customer has now opened a case against me through eBay for a refund which I am now seeking myself but am getting absolutely nowhere which is so annoying as I have paid the insurance for it, so I am now going to be out of pocket!! What do I do, what other channel can I go down? Any assistance would be great;y appreciated please. Yours,

The site sends you in circles and does not give "recipients" a pathway to track down something they're expecting.
