I booked & paid to send a parcel to go the USA via FedEx through Parcel2Go only to discover that the drop off points they quoted on their Website were only accepting returns

I had to get the parcel away before the New Year so I used a service that used the GPO & got it sent yesterday 29th

This morning after asking Parcel2go for a refund I had the message below from an arbiter

I am in no doubt that my having complained previously to 'Pissed' I got a speedy response
