.Your terms and conditions regarding insured items is extremely ambiguous about coverage with respect to small car parts.
"Small Vehicle Parts Including Headlights, Taillights, Gearboxes, Motorcycle Parts"
This statement to me reads as though the specific parts described in the list are excluded..... But since the parts I am shipping "Turbo Chargers" are NOT listed, they should be covered !.
Otherwise why bother listing specific excluded items at all ?. There isn't even an "etc...." at the end of the sentence.
Why not just say "All Small Vehicle Parts are excluded" that would be simple and easy to understand. Preventing any confusion !Book
UPS themselves have advised they do not exclude Turbo Chargers and could not understand why they would be excluded when the booking is done via Parcel2go.
I have entrusted my package to you and gave an accurate description of the items inside. I paid for additional insurance in good faith believing they would be covered.
Knowing the description of the item's you accepted the order and took payment for the insurance. Now I am being told, I might not get a FULL refund, because your description was ambiguous and I didn't understand it !!....
Or worse that you might loose my parcel minuets after collecting it, and it won't be covered !.
This is wholly unacceptable and I can 100% assure you, I will be taking the matter to the small claims court and asking for costs to recover this money, if you fail to provide a full refund. Not to mention I will be canceling my account with you after having been a customer for around 10 years.
In the mean time, perhaps you could please ask a Senior Manger to contact me in regards to this issue !.
User's recommendation: Book direct with the Parcel Carrier, don't use Parcel2Go.
