This was a disaster from the start as it was lost in transit.The next problem was no one could help or wouldn’t, it was on going asking the same question over and over….. a receipt of purchase which was impossible as I explained over and over.I am really upset at the lack of customer care

Got offered a £10 voucher for the next time I use parcel 2go, I don’t think I will ever use them especially FedEx.There reason not to refund my P/P was that I sent unauthorised product which is totally wrong I had to pick the code for the aftershave I sent, which was my husbands I had it wrapped for my sons Xmas.The code specifically allowed the postage of this product, all I asked in return for the stress caused was my P/P refunded.

My parcel was collected and cost more than the two I had already sent previously.
This parcel was supposed to reach its destination in 2 / 3 days as I paid extra to make sure it would arrive for Xmas.
This was an aftershave I had in the house that my son loved so it was an extra surprise , it was very difficult filling in the documents so that it would be a surprise as they want you to say exactly what it is, which I done and knew my son would get an email telling him all the information.
I filled all the information in online and placed a beautifully wrapped presents inside, this was then picked up from my home and taken from Saltcoats on its journey/ depart Uk / arrive France / then on to Austria where it went no further. They were determined to get extra details from me asking for proof of purchase which I dont have and explained to them, I am furious omg you would think it was the Crown Jewels.
Its only an aftershave, if its not delivered I want it sent straight back to me.

User's recommendation: Never use FedEx I can’t say that about parcel2go as I went through them but I think it was DPD on the journey forward.
