I sent a Christmas gift to a friend in Denmark on 9th November 2021.It never arrived and now is recorded as lost.I took out extra insurance on the package just to feel more secure.They are now investigating to try and locate the package.They are telling me, it's in Denmark, it's in transit, it's never been picked up in the beginning.Now they want personal emails from my friend to say that it never arrived, screen shots of my purchase of the goods, value £42 + £13 delivery fees, and proof that it was picked up by the courier at the very beginning.I think that they are basically saying that I've made it all up in order to steal £55,and asking all sorts of questions to try and pass the blame onto me and to never have to pay out the money due to me.Apart from two girls Emma and Shannon at customer service, don't seem to have a total grasp of the Queen's English and don't communicate well with the customer.

User's recommendation: Don't touch P2G customer service abysmal.

Monetary Loss: $74.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
