Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing with regards to the missing contents from the parcel I sent to my client. I paid extra to get the next day delivery and that was ok, however the contents from the parcel has gone missing and I would request to receive an explanation for this as a matter of urgency.

My client said that the parcel has been opened prior to the delivery and it has been taped over with Fragile tape which is not what I did when sent the parcel yesterday morning. I need a full compensation and full refund for my post and I will also complain to the ombudsman and trading standard about the poor service.

I have pictures to proof this. The fact that you have no direct number for customer service, tells me that you are not willing to speak to your customers directly.

User's recommendation: Don’t use them.

Monetary Loss: $80.

Preferred solution: Part refund .
