On the 23/9/21 I sent a parcel via Yodel from your site ,on checking the tracking I found a message stating there was a problem with the address .I rang Collect / Yodel customer care who couldn't tell me what the problem was but said probably the wrong info had been put through by the shop I sent the parcel from .I had the receipt and told them that the info was correct the address to the recipient and me the sender were correct .When I asked what address was on the parcel he said he couldn't tell when I asked if he could arrange for the address to put on it he didn't have the facilities to do that.I then requested the parcel be returned to me I then received an email from u on 13/10/21 asking for a £4.80 redelivery charge to my house which I duly paid.I then checked on the tracking of the parcel only to find that your records stating it had been delivered to the original addressee on the 11th ! Then another email from u stating it would be returned to me within 3 working days .I have paid twice for this parcel to be delivered have had no explanation at all why it wasn't delivered in the first place and no explanation as to why u say it was delivered when it wasn't .Can u tell me where my parcel is now please ? Your ref no is P2G9467**** the Yodel tracking number was 87NX686**** sent to 5 Latimer Rd SW19 1 EW sent from 23 The Chase HA7 3RU
