This company does not have a contact number to reach out to if you have an issue with your parcel. The live chat is not helpful at all because the person responding to you cannot even call the right channel.
They have to communicate via internal email, which is another time-consuming process.
They also do not collect customers' preferred contact information to ease the delivery process. So, for your sanity, avoid Parcel2go, unless you have all the time in the world for the back and forth in the case of issues.

After placing the order for the collection and delivery of a parcel, someone from Parcelforce was scheduled to collect it on the 4th of July 2024. However, no one arrived.
No one came to collect the parcel. It was then rescheduled for the 8th of July and I spent the entire day waiting at home. When I asked Parcel2go about the collection, they stated someone was at my location at 1:31 PM to collect the parcel. However, I did not see anyone.
My room is next to the main door and when I work from there, I can see anyone who comes by, from the window. If this is the level of service, could you please refund my money, so that I can hire a different company to do the job?

I posted x5 parcels to Portugal with parcel2go, for unknown reasons to me my parcels was returned to sender(no communication), I had to fly back to uk to receive my parcels, but only 3 got delivered the currier didnt have a clue of is job, I contacted parcel2go to open dispute but until today I got no emails or any answer about my missing parcels.they customer service number provided doesnt workI insured my parcels on booking..

Haven't collected pallets booked through them and the actual pallet company can't help us directly because they need P2Go to tell them to collect another day. We paid extra for a timed delivery as well which now won't be done.
The phone number on this page also doesn't exist so can't reach anyone. Their Live Chat is rarely answered

Missing parcel
The number given by yourselves for company was not recognised , plus it showed up as a premium rate number so nothing was solved
I have not received my Parcel
Very poor service but I suspected the delay in delivery was due to Brexit. It turns out that all my items have to be returned to England as they require a Power of Attorney to proceed to Spain!!! I will never use this company again and certainly enquire about any potential costs and bureaucracy due to Brexit before sending any items.

My sister-in-law sent a parcel from Scotland on 6/08/24. Today is 15/08/24.
The parcel has not been delivered and the tracking says the item has been picked up. That's all we have heard.
There is no working phone number to contact them, nor has there been any reasonable contact to explain why the parcel hasn't been delivered. I don't understand why the government should allow such companies to operate in the UK.

I wish we had gone somewhere else its our granddaughter 13 birthday we trusted you to get our presents to her we aloud good time and its not moved from your depo all we get is there is a problem Ive worked for pallet and parcel company for 20 years and this is the worst Ive ever encountered I want my money refunded and the value of the box and please anyone thinking of using this shower dont pay extra and get a good deal sad day this is for my granddaughter shame on you

Bad service
There was no QR email only a label to print. 2 of your kiosks were not working in Exeter, took me 4 house to send the item in the end with traffic. I don’t have a printer.
