After my parcel been lost for a month came back all damaged. Into pieces, and a jacket missing, e seems someone was playing football with it. Disgusting the way I found my parcel.

They don’t deliver

This company is terrible , they dont deliver and they say you should take out insurance to cover for this , but I think this is terrible why should we pay for a service but then also pay even more , they only delivered 1 out of 3 parcels we wanted delivered, and we also paid for 3 packs weight but only 1 got delivered, Im out of pocket £160 , keep away from this company disgusting

Didn’t deliver our full order

This company is terrible, I wouldnt advise anyone using this company unless they only want part of their delivery delivered , and then they tell you , you should have taken out insurance protection on the delivery, disgusting that you cant just pay for a service and get it without pay more for insurance, we have lost out on £160 plus the extra we paid for weight for 3 packs combined , but they only delivered 1 pack out of the 3 , so Im £160 out of pocket, stay away from this company

Two issues same week

1, failed to pick up parcel for two days, now cancelled, and they are reviewing my cancellation to see if I qualify for a refund, disgusting behavior . Small claims court will be waiting !! 2, failed to deliver a package showing on tracking as out for delivery for 3 days now , nothing !! P2G10332**** This parcel which is being delivered by Evri is still not delivered and showing out for delivery . It has been for 3 days, hasn't changed from misc on tracking sine 24th May ???

Failure to pick up parcel two days running.

Parcel2Go - Failure to pick up parcel two days running.
Order number P2G10343**** tracking number 329811****599009****8330. This parcel containing a vital part for a motor vehicle was originally due to be collected from an address in Brussels on Monday 23rd between 09.00 and 17.00 the pick up was not made. Because the person at the pick up address was not scheduled to be at the address on the 24th pick up was rebooked for the 25th. Pick up has still not been made. This is a totally unsatisfactory service, what are you going to do about it?

User's recommendation: I have used them several times before but their lack of any form of complaint/contact other than a basic so called AI intereface would make me think hard before using them again.

Tracking a parcel

Did not get resolved as im still awaiting my delivery items were disptched on 19th so should be here by now anddd they have not yet arrived also no customer service number for parcel2go which i find dissapointing so i would like my parcel soon or i will take futher action as this is appauling for a delivery company

Used this company but only part of parcel got delivered

Sent 3 items wrapped together but only 1 was delivered, pick up delivery person said they where wrapped ok and showed me where to put the label as Ive never sent an item back like this before, was oak flooring Their customer service is non existent and only way to contact is through live chat , I live chat last week said they would email me when they spoke to pick up person but nothing no email nothing , and all their phone numbers are no existent as well
