Booked collection with DX on Tues 19/4/22 between 9am - 5.30pm. I wait all day, and at 5.10pm no sign of the courier.
Contact Parcel2Go online only to be told to wait till 8.30pm.
I decline and contact again after 5.30pm to cancel the service.
Customer service impossible to get hold of and had to contact online via bot, I didn't actually get to speak to a real person.
To top it off, DX turns up day later on Wed 20/4/22 expecting to collect.
I informed them there is no parcel but they insist there is a pick up.
Complained to Parcel2Go and they say it's resolved, i've not yet received a refund and they have not addressed my complaint. How is this resolved.
Will never use them again!
User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Parcel2Go Pros: Affordable, Quick and easy to use their website, Good options.
Parcel2Go Cons: No telephone contact number, No contact details, Prolonged delivery.
